3. Third-Party Dependency
Convoup relies on third-party platforms including Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook APIs), Supabase (database and authentication), Groq Cloud (AI inference), Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, and website hosting), Razorpay (payment processing), and GitHub Actions (CI/CD). We do not control these services and are not responsible for API changes, downtime or outages, account bans or restrictions, policy updates, or any actions taken by these third parties.
