These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Convoup platform and services (“Service”) provided by UpGreat World Pvt Ltd. (“Convoup”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are authorised to bind the entity you represent to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Convoup provides a WhatsApp Business operations platform including a programmable API, real-time team inbox, CRM, campaign engine, automation engine and compliance layer built on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, violate WhatsApp’s Business Policy or Commerce Policy, transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you bring into the Service; we process it solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Convoup and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Support is provided via the channels described in our contact page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpGreat World Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
