The Challenge
You want WhatsApp inside your own product — programmatic access. The Convoup UI is not enough. WhatsApp's Cloud API provides primitives (send messages, manage templates, register numbers), but you need an intermediary for authentication, rate limiting, and multi-tenant isolation.
How Convoup Helps
Convoup provides a RESTful API that wraps WhatsApp's Cloud API with multi-tenant isolation. You can send text, template, and media messages programmatically. You can receive webhooks for inbound messages, delivery status, and template status. Contact management is also available via the API. Bearer-token authentication scoped to your Convoup workspace; Meta Cloud API auth is handled separately by Convoup on your behalf. Rate limits follow Meta's Cloud API guidelines.
