What happens to my existing WhatsApp setup?
If you are already using the WhatsApp Business App, you can migrate to the WhatsApp Business Platform through Embedded Signup. Your chat history is preserved on the WhatsApp side. Convoup starts fresh with new conversations.
Can I use Convoup with my existing phone number?
Yes. You can register your existing business phone number with the WhatsApp Business Platform through Convoup. The number must not already be linked to another API provider.
What are the Meta charges?
Meta charges separately for WhatsApp conversations based on message category and country. Convoup pricing covers the platform only. You pay Meta's conversation charges directly through your WhatsApp Business Account.
